So like I said on an earlier post, my school of ed application was due, so that's what I spent Monday night doing.

So awhile I posted this. Go look at it.

This is what it normally looks like. We've been in school for like 3 weeks I think and we've already gone through a whole DDP flat from Costco.

Saturday 1-29-11

My friend, Bemi, and I got together on Saturday to work on our school of education applications. Bemi is a braver soul than I am and is applying for the middle grades program, I am sticking with my cute elementary schoolers. We submitted our applications on Tuesday, so if you all could be praying that we get in that would be awesome!! Neither of us have any other plan for our lives haha. We have to be teachers...

Humidity will not affect me now!!

Friday 1-28-11

Ulta was having a sale and we had a coupon and so now I have a Chi! Very happy. And today, even though it was wet and kinda muggy, my hair stayed relatively straight!!

Thursday 1-27-11

Recently, I've been spending a lot of time with the Greear family, Veronica specifically, which has been absolutely fantastic! It's great to be able to spend time with her and learn from her. 

It also means that I get to see her children a lot, which is definitely a bonus. 

This princess and I hung out last Thursday. 

For those of you that don't know, princess dresses also make great nightgowns for naptime. RL had to change into this little get-up specifically for her nap. Granted, she did take off the princess heels before getting in bed.

Wednesday 1-26-11

I am so blessed to be in a really great Summit small group here at UNC. It's only college girls and they are all so awesome. I have grown so much through our time together and have made great friendships because of it. The picture is of most of the girls after we got together to watch the UNC v Miami game. Lauren (one of the leaders) is very disappointed in the number of us who are uninterested in basketball. Anyway, we are all crowded onto her lovesack (the real name of the thing).

Also, this is my 200th post!!! Thanks all of you who have been reading and following so faithfully, even when my life is way to boring to deserve being shared!!

Tuesday 1-25-11

Unfortunately, my 200th post is not going to be that exciting. My roomie likes to draw and I like elephants, so she drew me a picture of an elephant haha. 

I really liked this picture because my camera focused on the reflection of Brynne's bed instead of the picture, which I thought was cool.
